The chain is moved on the lower wing of the I140 I-beam by the small wheel frame of the anchor head. The wheels are dragged forward by the drive mechanism through the chain.

永旺彩票1. Before starting the suspension conveyor equipment, it must be confirmed that the relevant personnel are not in the dangerous area;  

永旺彩票2. If there is a stuck chain phenomenon during the start of the equipment, the starting must be stopped. It is strictly forbidden to continue starting after the stuck chain is found to avoid mechanical damage to the equipment;  

3. When the spreader enters the branch road, it is strictly forbidden to switch the branch road before the spreader has completely entered the crossing. You must wait for the spreader to completely enter the road before you can switch the branch road;

永旺彩票4. After the spreader is locked to the master, be sure to first open the brake of the drive station motor to release the catenary tension, and then deal with the failure to avoid hurting people;

6. After the catenary is overloaded and the motor stops, the reason must be found out before restarting is allowed;

8. When the spreader is stuck, do not stab the solenoid valve of the stopper at will to prevent the spreader's impact from hurting people.
