2. Surface treatment before spraying: Use white electric oil (or alcohol) to remove oil and dust on the surface of the material. The oil and dust mainly come from the mold release agent during the injection of the material and the dust collected during transportation and storage. If these oil and dust are not removed, it will directly affect the quality of sprayed products.

3. Fixture installation: Fixtures include secondary fixtures (plastic turntable) and primary fixtures (the part directly in contact with the workpiece). The sprayed product usually has two sides, one is required to be painted, and the other is not to be stained with paint, otherwise it will be judged as a defective product. In addition to fixing the workpiece, the one-time jig can also prevent the paint from spraying to those parts that cannot be stained with the paint. Therefore, the shape and requirements of the specific product should be considered when designing the one-time jig. Different product requirements have different requirements. Fixture. The secondary jig is mainly used to connect the primary jig and the hanging column of the assembly line. Its main part --- the center turntable remains unchanged, and the connection part with the primary jig is designed to be detachable, and the specific arrangement quantity and The interval depends on the size of the sprayed product. Due to the coating of the paint film during the spraying process, the fixtures have a certain service life. After several production cycles, it is required to scrap the old fixtures and update the fixtures. The installation of the jig refers to fixing the workpiece to be sprayed on the jig in the direction corresponding to the jig. This process adopts assembly line operation, and the jig cannot be squeezed forcefully during installation to prevent the workpiece from being deformed.
